You will receive quarterly financial and operational updates through the Realberry Investor Portal, plus an annual Schedule K1 for tax reporting. Material investment updates are communicated promptly.

What is the minimum amount to invest and associated fees?

Can I get my money back whenever I want?

Investments offered on the Realberry platform are private, illiquid real estate interests with transfer restrictions and no redemption program or public secondary market so you should plan for your capital to be held for the full investment term.
