We are Realberry, a real estate investment, development, and management firm based in Denver, Colorado. Founded by brothers Chad and Troy McWhinney, Realberry has been working to create places people love for nearly 35 years.

our history
Founders Chad and Troy McWhinney open a roadside stand near Knott’s Berry Farm where they sell local strawberries.
After expanding to 28 locations across southern California, the McWhinney brothers decided to purchase 440 acres of farmland originally homesteaded by their great-great-grandfather in northern Colorado. And with that, McWhinney is founded.
