It's designed for synergy and convenience within a compact setting.  We believe a master-planned community, on the other hand, generally spans a much larger area and is developed in phases over time. It includes multiple property types, which often include residential neighborhoods, commercial centers, parks, schools, and civic spaces, connected by a unified vision, infrastructure, and design framework. In short, mixed-use properties bring uses together in one place; master-planned communities weave entire places together into one cohesive ecosystem.
